Rochelle White is a multifaceted innovator, blending roles as a Business Owner, Creative Director, Producer, Teacher, and Transdisciplinary Artist. With a deep-seated passion for entrepreneurship, storytelling, art, and fitness, she holds a BA in Behavioral Health and an MBA in Business Administration, seamlessly integrating her diverse expertise into ventures like Mindz Productions, Paint Juicy Apparel, and ExhilaFit®.
Her dedication to wellness and health transcends sectors, reaching into schools, workplaces, and the creative sphere. Originating with Creative Mindz Yoga in 2012, her venture has evolved into ExhilaFit®, boasting over 11 years of expertly crafted fitness, meditation, and wellness programs. Rochelle excels at cultivating relationships among teachers, organizations, and stakeholders while actively promoting wellness through the ExhilaFit® Multi-Aspect Mindfulness Meditation (M.A.P.) Curriculum and fitness workshops.
In the realm of filmmaking, Rochelle directs and produces impactful projects, including mindful animations and social justice documentaries. Notable works, like “P.S. I Can’t Breathe” (2015), have earned recognition from the Best Short’s Competition and selection in various film festivals. Additional contributions include “Where it Hurts!” (2020), “Layla’s Dilemma” (2017), and “Ekantika” (2021), along with participation in a Screening + Discussion for Middlemen Documentary hosted by Emergence Arts Gallery (2022).
Beyond the screen, Rochelle’s artistic prowess shines through paintings exhibited at esteemed venues, including the Museum of the City of New York (2021) and the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia (2021). This trauma-informed approach combines mindfulness meditation, creative expression, and introspective exercises to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. Through a mindfulness and meditation framework, ExhilaFit® integrates art, writing, cooking, self-esteem building exercises, journaling, and music into its workshops.
